    Strut rod alignment

Anyone know if BeeLine in Columbus Ohio is still any good at rear wheel alignment? The inside of my rear tires are getting a real workout....

    Re: Strut rod alignment

If the wear is on the inside of the tires, your rear spring is likely sagged allowing the tires to sag in at the top or bushing wear on the lower struts, causing more load on the inside surface. Given the all wheel drive cars on the road today, it should be pretty easy to find a modern shop that can check the alignment. The problem will be finding a shop to rebuild the necessary strut rods and the spring. Should not be too hard to find in Columbus, or if you can diagnose and disassemble, send the parts needing rebuilt to Bairs in Linesville PA, they do a LOT of rear suspension rebuilds (814) 683 4223. Ask for Brian or Yogi.
