      Looks like a simple math equation to me. I'm seeing mid to upper 20's in value as is and assuming it's a real 435 car and you can prove it, upper 5 digits restored with the wrong motor (depending on the quality), well into the 6 digits with pedigree, correct restoration and right motor. You may not be able to send it to a high end shop with a blank check for the difference between the two, but looks like correct body and paint you'd have a lot more valuable piece. One thing in your favor is that there's some really good repro fiberglass available now that wasn't around just a few years ago. Like others said, best to evaluate what you have including proof of original configuration and condition of frame, cage etc (looking for rust).

            I decided to put the headlights back in it and leave the flares alone. Since it says green on the tank sticker I'm going to paint it back goodwood green.
