    Alternator part no. help

    Does anyone know what a 1100834 part no. alternator fits? Corvette? Thanks ED
    New England chapter member, 63 Convert. 327/340- Chapter/Regional/national Top Flight, 72 coupe- chapter and regional Top Flight.

      According to 1980 Hollander's it's 37 amp Chevy Blazer 69-70. '68 Camao exc-Z-28, and just about all the low performance chevy-chevelle V-8 applications '69-70. Only a couple million out there...

                  Not really. I have 3 or 4 in my collection. I buy them at swap meets and never pay more than $10 for ones in very good condition and dated Jan.-June 1970.

                      LOTS of applications but no Corvette. The 1100834 was used primarily in the 1969-71 period. However, it was a "DN" series, external regulator alternator. Curiously, the 1100833 which was used on 1969 Corvettes was an "SI" series, internal regulator alternator
