is there a way to adjust the headlight bucket full open switch? this is the switch that feeds the dash warning light. my buckets appear to be fully open but the ligjts stays on. if i push on the bucket and move it about 1/16" the warning llight will go off

No adjustment for switch. Be sure the switch is mounted correctly. Most often the switch mounting requires a couple small washers between it and the casting to insure everything is square and not binding.

The "v" stop arm limits the motor travel. But use caution if the motors close a different rates as the stalled motor keeps working the worm gear against the aluminum gear and eventually destroys it. There is no electrical "cut out" to the motor at both ends of travel.
