It might be possible to get the bearings but the other internal parts are not generally available. These are the sort of parts that commercial rebuilders can purchase by the case but are not otherwise available in consumer quantity packaging. The reason is that there is just no demand for them. You have several rebuild options:
1) Bill Hodel. Bill rebuilds and restores smog pumps and has an excellent reputation;
2) Commercial rebuilder A-1 Cardone offers a custom rebuild service for a pump sent to them. They will perform a complete functional rebuild (with a warranty) but I don't think they do what we would regard as a restoration. So, the pump will be functionally as-new but not necessarily as-new as far as apperance is concerned;
3) You might be able to buy the internal parts from a commercial rebuilder in Los Angeles called Salgado Automotive. They will often make up kits from their bulk-purchased parts and sell them to retail customers. Then, you could use these to rebuild the pump yourself. I decidedly recommend against this option, though. You will find that rebuilding a smog pump is not as easy as it might seem.In Appreciation of John Hinckley- Top

Re: smog pump rebuild
Lyndon,
I bought a restored pump from a guy in Calif. by the name of John Emerick. He's been doing this for many different vehicles for years. It's not his primary job, just a hobby so his prices were very good. Pump looks great and works perfectly.
Here's his email

Good luck,Chris
