I'm installing my vent window on my 66 roadster and I haven' t been able to get the frame to align properly to the weatherstrip on the end/side of the windshield. I have a large gap between the top of the vent frame and the weatherstrip, so large that the vent frame barely touches the weatherstrip. The vent frame seems to fit well to the windshield weatherstrip at the top edge of the door, but moving up the vent frame from the top edge of the door to the top of the vent frame the gap increases. Any alignment procedure or explainantion would be helpful. Could my frame be bent? If so, how can you bend it back?

Re: C2 Vent Window Adjustment Procedure
Thanks Paul, I assume your talking about the window track for the door glass? Just to be clear, the track attaches inside the door at the bottom with like a threaded rod that can be adjusted in order to adjust the angle of the vent frame? If this is what you are talking about, I have already made all the adjustment that I can at that point. Is there any other place where I can make an adjustment?Bob Puls, 30633- Top

Re: C2 Vent Window Adjustment Procedure
Robert, There are 2 bolts and 1 stud to attach the vent frame to the door. The top 2 bolts will be for your adjustment of the frame forward and up and down. The bottom stud has a screwdriver slot in it so you can move the stud in and out to adjust the tilt of the frame into and away from the windshield posts. I hope this helps. Joe- Top
