    New Member Need Shop Advice

Hello to all. Long time Corvette enthusiast/owner here, new to NCRS, currently running a '69 427/390 convertible and working through a variety of mechanical/cosmetic issues that I am unable to do remedy myself including a decent list of mechanical issues and also some basic fiberglass repair to the rear decklid. I'm having a difficult time finding a shop that is somewhat local to Boston where the owner is genuinely interested in the work (and not a full resto which the car does not need), and who will do it with some degree of enthusiasm and at a somewhat reasonable price. If there are any locals out there who can refer me to someone I would be most appreciative.

    Best Wishes,
    Joe

Get in touch with Dave Strickland. He is a member here and will guide you in the right direction. He's from the Boston area. I can tell because he can't pronounce his R's.

Dr. Joe, I'm sure Dave will guide you in the right direction. Ron's Restoration in Fitchburg and Joe of Bowtie Restorations in Billerica will do anything you want. Dennis Pacy in Acton Ma I can remember.
