Was at a local Calgary Alberta Chevy dealer, looking at the Volt, and took this pic. Notice the base price (column 4) and the final price with options (column 6), but before 5% federal tax. For the unfortunate Canadians living in Quebec, the bite will be closer to 15%, due to additional provincial tax. Question is, who the heck buys these things ?
P.S. I see that the post chopped off most of the right side of the sticker, in spite of the full pic showing on Photobucket. Final price is: $134,710., + taxes.

. If you want real sticker shock, try buying one of these in Norway. I hear the run well over $200K exclusively due to taxes on the HP, options, etc. Now I see why non-US people come here to buy them and ship them back, even paying VAT is cheaper if they are "used" cars, not sure how that would work in Canada though.

Congratulations on your new job.
