    69 Front Bumper Shims

According to the new (4th Edition) of the 68-69 TIM's, it states on p. 33 "Front bumpers may have 'round' unplated shims between outer bracket and body fiberglass."
Checking the 69 Assembly Manual on page UPC 14/A2, I see a part # 16 (GM # 3711834) listed as a 'shim' for the front bumper which is illustrated as a 'horse shoe type' shim.
Checking with Corvette Central and Paragon, all they sell are the 'horse shoe type' shim. Could someone provide me with a photo of this 'round shim' with dimensions and
    where I could purchase them?
    Thanks
    Wes

Every one I have seen has been installed on a car making it difficult to accommodate your request. They do, however, appear to resemble flat washers.

      Re: 69 Front Bumper Shims

I just noticed that the Radiator shims in the 69 AIMS manual (UPC 11-13/B4) have the same part number (GM # 3711834) as the front bumper shims (UPC 14/A2). Were the radiator shims also the 'flat washer' type?
      Thanks
