According to the new (4th Edition) of the 68-69 TIM's, it states on p. 33 "Front bumpers may have 'round' unplated shims between outer bracket and body fiberglass."
Checking the 69 Assembly Manual on page UPC 14/A2, I see a part # 16 (GM # 3711834) listed as a 'shim' for the front bumper which is illustrated as a 'horse shoe type' shim.
Checking with Corvette Central and Paragon, all they sell are the 'horse shoe type' shim. Could someone provide me with a photo of this 'round shim' with dimensions and
where I could purchase them?
Thanks
Wes
