Cinn office email address ?

Over the last 8 days I have attempted (three times) to order the new 63/4 JG at the address info@ncrs.com and have received a non-delivery notice of the message. Does this mean that 1>the address is invalid; 2> the address has been suspended, or 3>that there is no new edition of the 63-4 manual.

I frequently tell the IT guys at work that the computer isn't working right, but I just keep hitting keys until something happens. I enjoy the reaction that gets.

I don't have any issues, I live about 2 miles from the Cincinnati office and I just drive over there and pick up what I need -- no computers needed.
PS: I just picked up 2 of 63-64 Judging Guides, they are a lot larger now.
