    Power steering pump stud-66 BB

Could I be the only guy that breaks the power steering pump stud at the top in the reservoir? This has happened more than 5 times in 15 years. What is my problem? Dutch

Maybe you aren't using a torque wrench?
    Stud to reservoir 35 ft-lbs.
    Nut to stud 25 ft-lbs

Harry, some people Just don't know what tight is.The thinking is the tighter the better but not true. I have a friend the same way,its a feeling you get after working and taking alot things apart and putting them together. a torque wrench is a good Idea. but sometimes limited space won't always allow.
