Carter Carburetor Identification

Hi,

I have this old Carter and I don't know what car it goes to, so I'm looking for some help. The only numbers on it are on the top and they are: 6-1672.

I have also included some pictures.

Based on the throttle arm, fuel connection, rear vacuum fitting and the secondary air valve weight, I'd say it looks like a early Chevy or Corvette WCFB single quad application model.Stu Fox

IIRC, which I usually don't, it was used on 250 HP 327 and I think '58-'61 single 4BBL 283.

As far as Chevrolets go, the carb is for a 1963-65 passenger and Corvette 250 HP.
