Could anyone clarify for me the judging criteria for top rail radiator appearance on a 1966 big block? The judging guide states that up to "approximately VIN 19,000" the rails (radiator top) do not have the four round holes, two on each side, and after about VIN 19,000 they did have the round holes. Would this then be judged either way for a car 19,4xx meaning both would be correct? I am assuming all other aspects correct, i.e. Harrison embossed area, proper rectangular cut-outs etc.
Thanks for your help
