    Website log-in malfunction 7/19/13

    TO ALL MEMBERS
    The IT team is aware that the Log - In function of the website is currently disabled. The IT team is investigating the cause and will correct the problem as soon as possible. The site is still fully functional and readable, but Log - In is not. Thank you for your patience.

    NCRS is having to do a full server restore of the entire website; Technical Discussion Board, NCRS Store, Event registration etc.The website will be down for a four hours or so while the NCRS server vendor does the full restoration.Apologize for the inconvenience.The NCRS IT Team

      Latest update: The whole website (not the database) its restored from a backup of July 18th. This means all threads on this board, orders in the webshop and entered data in the NCRS maintenance area not affected but please notice any changes made to chapter websites hosted on the NCRS servers, uploaded registration and insurance documents during event registration and scanned greensheets using Offer Car Awards (for Judging Chairman Administrators) since the 18th till the 21th July 2:30 am server time needs to be resent...

      Hopefully all is well now. We haven't been able to determine the root cause of the recent hack yet and the IT team is a bit understaffed due to the National convention attendance and my own holiday in Spain currently so it is a bit cumbersome to deal with these issues right now).

      Please let us know when you believe anything else is missing so we can see if we can recover it from the backup we took of the infected site content...
