    Tim,
I figured you were Jon's brother as he has mentioned that you had a Corvette. Hopefully we can connect at one of the local cruiseins, Miamisburg or Germantown.
I also usually go to The Franklin show with my injected 62 or my 57.
I believe Jon said you have a 63?

      Bruce,
I have a red on red SWC, I think the only one around.
Just got it back from an engine rebuild (don't ask). Will look for you @ one of the shows.

John "the Real Deal" is here in Hampton today and likely until Thursday or Friday.

Unfortunately, for Pete, the car got sold out from under him. Even after the deal had been agreed to, contingent upon my inspection, the owner sold the car.

IF, it got sold out from under him (and I seriously doubt it - just a guise, they saw where this forum was going), he is probably one lucky guy.
Anyone looking for a C2 needs to seriously educate himself, and then still get an expert to assess it.
Seriously, I looked for over 2 &1/2 years to find the SWC I have, and glad I did.
Hey, anyone have a 67 red conv. restored but still a driver?

Pete is probably lucky the car was sold.
If he told the seller someone was going to inspect the car the seller probably wanted to get out of the deal.
Pete is better off not dealing with the Richmond, KY guy.
