    67 Front Fender Vent

    Should the rear most vent area behind the vent have body color overspray or should it be black out?

      If there's any body color overspray there, it would only have come from outside, through the vent slots, not from the inside; that area got blackout, but as it says in many areas in the JG, "coverage varied widely".

          John..I didn't explain myself very well. If you look from the outside into the rear most vent slot should that small area (which is firewall) be body color?..Bill

              Bill -

              That area at the rear of the last vent should be body color - it would be extremely difficult to get blackout on that surface from the inside, and there was no masking to shoot blackout from the outside.
