Heater Y-ducts for 67 no A/C

I see 2 of these ducts on Ebay, one is old and rusty looking and the other is marked and looks new and is very clean. Both about the same price. What would be the difference between these? Which would be the preferred one as far as judging goes? Thanks! Ron

The first one was been painted. The second has not been. I would get the second one and clean the rust off
