Rust under Vehicle Certification Label

Rust has formed under the label. Any idea on how to remove and reattach label so the door can be repaired. Thanks, Bill

I don't think the label can be removed without destroying it .

I removed one with a new razor blade by trying to cut the paint off with the decal. It was reinstalled and looked good.

Lyle, that may be my best option. I would not have thought of taking the paint with the label. That's a good idea. Thanks, Bill
