    Engine Block question

Recently found a 57 that the restoration has been started. There is also another block in the garage the number on the front of the block is F120CT. What is that block? It seemed a number or letter short to me. Thanks, Kris

    Kris-----

The "CT" suffix code indicates a 1958-61 283 245 HP from a Corvette. It was assembled on January 20 of a year determined by the casting date on the block.
