Lyndon, I did talk to a sales guy and he went off to ask someone else about the process and came back and told me that the skin went on over the old vinyl after the hardware was removed. He said they don't do it anymore and discourage customers from doing it, as it is too difficult,, ie. why they don't do it anymore. Maybe someone else can call them and verify what this guy told me. I sure would like mine re-skinned by a pro. I think Al Knoch will, but big bucks. Dale
