In 1971 I converted my 67/435 to A/C at the chevy dealership when I was working there.
Now that I am finishing a frame up resto I noticed that the passenger side of the schroud has 2 oblong mounting holes that are on 6" centers and what looks to be missing a place where another hole could be for a 8" center.
The drivers side is on 8" centers and the support is 8" centers, both sides along with the condencer.
I remember the parts manager saying something about a 68 part fitting when I got all my parts and it seems unlikely the shroud would have 3 mounting holes on the passenger side.
Was the 68 schroud 8" on drivers side and 6" mounting on the passenger side or were there 3 mounting holes on the passenger side on the 67?
My schroud was damaged years ago and might have broken off the top hole that would have been on 8" centers.
I plan on buying a schroud but wanted to see if infact I have a 67 schroud?
