What does this carburetor belong to according to the code? Part #17066553 julian date 0228. Came off a 1980 l48 automatic. 1980 was a leap year..

Thanks. So it could be correct for my car. The manual and judge guide only list 1 part number.

Well if your 1980 car was built in 1978, it might be original, but not an assembly line option for 1980. 17080xxx would be your part number sequence depending on engine configuration and emissions (49 state vs Calif...)

Talk to Cliff at Cliffs carburetor today regarding my rochester quadrajet 17066553. He said it is a service replacement from GM specifically for my application.
