C2 Clock - is the date judged?

My 66 has a quartz clock which was in the car when I bought it. I want to find an original clock. Is there any issue from judging is I just get a 65-67 clock if I can find a decent one?

you will get a deduct in ops for the quarts.

you can put a original movement back in your clock if you want

The title of your post asking if the date is judged, I don't think once the clock is installed that it can be seen. I have never had my car judged but I think it would be next to impossible to read the date.

I had assumed it was next to impossible to see the back of the clock installed, but was not sure. My intention is to find a decent correct clock to replace the reproduction quartz clock.

        Thanks,

See Keith's response above. The clock you have can be changed back to its original movement.

I think mine is a reproduction clock. Can one of these be converted to mechanical and pass judging?

Is there any easy way to tell if it is an original that was converted or a modern reproduction?

            Thanks,
