Looking for some guidance. I'd been having a problem with the ignition lock on my '73. After removing the column again, I determined it was the newly coded lock cylinder. Once I pulled the cylinder out of the column, I found one of the tumbler springs hanging out of it!
Anyway, I can't figure out how to disassemble the lock cylinder. I got the staker ring off but can't quite figure how to completely disassemble it. I didn't see how the replacement NOS was coded since the Chevy dealership took in the back and performed the job, of course I'm not going back there again....
The procedures to do this would be appreciated-
Thanks-
