You should have left your post up so we could get more input from others. That way we can learn if some 64's had levers with both holes. I doubt that occurred though. Glad I included your original post with my reply.

64 vin 21820, a one owner(before me) 375 hp vet has its original muncie and shifter, the levers of which are single holes. this old FI appears to have 26K original miles(based on synchros mint, NO ridge on cylinder walls, GM embossed tabs on intake base plate end seals, original triangular fi meter triangular tag, dated plug wires , 6 correctly configured header to exhaust manifold nuts etc, etc. mike

Thanks Mike. That's pretty close to the end of 64 production so I think we have to assume that there were no levers with the 2nd hole in any 64 cars.

Off topic but would it be possible to get a few good scans of the printed items on the original FI spark plug wires?
