    1968 back up light grounding?

My 68 back up lights stopped working and I think it's a grounding problem. On the drivers side back up light 2 pair wires, there is a grounding clip on one of the wires but I don't know what it connects to. The other side does not have this clip. Thanks if you can provide guidance.

Bill---- I look on page H273 in the Assy Manual and see the wire you refer to. I see that wire connecting to the inside driver side frame rail. Does yours connect there ?

Jeff. Thanks, I see what you are referring to. I will check and see if that ground is there. I'm wondering if the original ground went bad and someone tried to add a new one by way of a clamp/splice. Much appreciated.
