Anyone know where I can get the light housing for the inside console lid ? For some reason mine melted down, went to check it last night and thats when I found the part melted down.

Yeah. That might be it this part also it has a clear lens.

Light has a mercury switch to go off when console is closed. Maybe light is/was not going out.

Yeah. That might be it this part also it has a clear lens.

I believe the lens is part of this piece. If not, the lens was never otherwise available in SERVICE from GM.

If the ebay link doesn't have what you need, you can check out vette2vette.com. (call them). They have 100's of dismantled C4's and a huge stock of parts.
