72 vacuum hose grommets

Where can I get a replacement for the large (1 5/8") rubber plug (?) that traverses the firewall with two 1/4" OD hoses, one black the other black with a green stripe. The 1-5/8 hole 45 deg. angles toward the passenger side of the vehicle. Can I find a replacement or do I have to cleanup my original ? I plan to enlarge the tube holes through the plug as I an using larger than original vacuum hoses.

They're called GROMMETS. Dr. Rebuild has just about every one of these that was ever used on a Corvette.

The Doc. has the correct hoses as well.
