Im looking at two clutch bellcranks for a 57 and they appear to have different angles between the "clutch bellcrank rod to clutch fork" and the "clutch pedal push rod" brackets. Anyone have an idea as to why that'd be. Is it possible for them to "twist" ? Would this slight difference in angles be a problem or would the adjust of each of these rods compensate for the difference? Bill

There was only one bellcrank for '57, but there were two of them, with angular displacements of 135* and 155* for the midyear cars. Corvette clutch linkage is quite sensitive to all of the components being dimensionally correct - would be interesting to see what you have.- Top
