Simply "reset" with your existing password. You will be directed back to the classified log in page. Log in as you would the TDB and you will be good to go. This process takes all of about 45 seconds.

Just go to the password refresh site and re-enter your existing password, it works fine...

It works well. I didn't have to do anything it took my name & password in automatic mode. One click and it opened. One question what is the advantage of on line to the Driveline? They both are on the inter web. Driveline is free? Is one going away? Why does everything not have a price?

Patience is recommended. I was able to "reset" my password using my existing password, and all seems fine. The volume will pick up. I just found out about it this morning.

I tried going there and it wanted me to reset my password, I said nuts to it -- I actually said something else, but they would throw me off if I typed it. I decided I don't have anything to buy or sell so I gave up because I was a lookie lou anyway. Just like the orphan items there is a lot of noise in the beginning, but the reality is pretty boring. I feel sorry for the IT people who put a lot of time and effort into it for the few participants.
Don't be bitter my friend the online adds will work. Hell one day you may even buy a Kendle instead of buying hard bound books.

The people who want to use this feature will make it work and use it. I've used lots of on-line site to look for and buy items. The NCRS one is as user friendly as any.

No Kindle, but I did get an iPhone a year ago. When I recently replaced my desktop computer I gave serious thought to going over to the dark side and getting a Mac, but then my meds kicked in.

Gene,The Driveline is not going away. The Online Classifieds is open to non members also (public), the Driveline is not. When you click on an item for sale you should always see a price.

                  Terry,

I went thru the registration process earlier today to access the classified ads, and although it wasn't 100% intuitive, I did successfully complete the process and did not have to change or reset my regular password. It took me about 90 seconds from start to finish, but I'm slow on the uptake sometimes.

                      Gary,
I went through the steps today from work. I expect i will have to do it again from home too. I was underwhelmed, but perhaps as someone else said we are just taking baby steps. We will see.

That's good I like the Driveline for things other than stuff in the classifieds ads. I did not realize the public has access to Online Classifieds. All is good.

Is there a way to make it show up as a banner? Thanks to all, now let's use it!

I went from MAC to windows years ago. I went back to MAC. No crashes or viruses and no special security software.

I got in no problem after a few more tries and reading posts on how guys got in. You have to go through the set up page to reset your password. You enter your current password so you really don't "reset" or create a new password.
