Does anybody else have a C2 with FC (4:56) rear axle code to post picture?

I post of picture of my C2 66 FC (4:56) rear axle code from time to time is hopes someone else has one so we
can compare the stampings. I have not got a definate answer in to why mine has "Julian Date" codes on it.
Can anybody post a picture of there's? Last time this came up I was told that if this was an over the counter
part that FC may have not been issued when the julian dates came out.(1971 or so) By that time there was
a three digit code on the 3rd member. Anyway thanks; Larry

Larry I have a NOS 4:56 that came from a Tech. school . It has FC WO33 61 . The date code is J85 . My 65 BB came with a 4:56 but was changed to a 3:70 . I bought the 4:56 in about 1990 .

You can not send attachments through this board. Once you find each others email you can communicate with attachments through regular email channels.

OK; here is an update. Bill W. sent me a picture of his 65 FC 4:56 Rear Axle. Picture is below. If you notice both mine and his
have a "033" stamped on it. What does this mean?? He also has a date stamped on his on the right side and mine does not. Why?
Any idea's will be be appreciated. Larry

I thought I would move this up for the final time. Looks like I beaten a dead horse here. Seems like no one knows
for sure what the "033" stands for and why some have it alone and some have a month and date with it as shown.
