Holley List 3367 date code

I have located what appears to be a '66 327 Holley OEM carburetor, however the date stamp under the "List" does not match the conventions shown in either the judging guide or the NCRS Corvette Specifications Guide. The date code contains three digits -- '043'. There doesn't seem to be any evidence of a 4th digit (counter/service replacement) anywhere, either leading or trailing the '043'. Wondering if I'm missing something, or if the the '0' is a badly struck '6' & it's an April '66, 3rd week carb. Thanks in advance.Jeff

Jeff, you are correct in saying that the first number of a List-3367 should be a 5 or a 6. Does the stamping on the air horn first have the part number on top, then the List-number in the middle, and the "043" on the bottom?

Michael -- Yes, that is correct for the air horn. All other cast and stamped numbers on the carb are as expected.

The carb is a service replacement with a manufacturing date of 1970, 3rd week of April.

Four digit date Holley date codes began around 1972.
