Couple of questions. Is there any orange overspray on the valve covers or intake? If so does anyone have correct pics. Also is the transistor ignition distributor have a natural color to the base or is it painted black? And is there any orange overspray on motor mounts. Thanks for any info. Jim.

James------
Transistor ignition distributor housing was painted low gloss black for all area above the intake manifold.
No engine color over spary on engine mounts---they were installed at St. Louis long after the engine was painted at the engine plants. In Appreciation of John Hinckley- Top

There could be some orange on the intake, but that was supposed to be covered by silver paint, but again see the note for early built engines above.Terry- Top
