54 W.W clutch brkts

Hi..... finally got to the task.... slow wiper speed, vac. was good so noticed cable's were a little loose, did not know if this would be a possible, maybe if they were slipping so I tightened them up by loosing clutch brackets and moving them enough then tightening them down so cable's were snug......I knew this probably would not work.......It did work a little......then I thought of the easy......check wiper blade arm's to see if they were riding on the windshield too hard and they were...... several light bend's away from glass and they work great now. I guess It's not alway's the extreme that work's so try the easy first then proceed onward.
