National Convention, '64 display cars and another event?

I got my Driveline Convention edition yesterday. Notice those of us in the "Secret Society of the '64" can put our cars in the display and enter them for flight judging or PV, etc. Is that correct?

    Michael,

Year of Display is basically a plaque and recognition for a car produced 50 years ago. Year of Display can be added to any category; Judging, Display, PV, Sportsman.

The usual National Flight Judging prerequisite of at least an earlier Third Flight to enter National Flight Judging or PV applies. Some could read the above posts to mean there is an exception to this rule for The Year of .... cars, and that is not the case.

I was pretty sure you were on the right track Mike, but the other thread about AIR systems for 1970 is a case in point. Some folks read something into the TIM&JG that just isn't there. Between the TIM&JG and The Restorer I have been down that road too many times.
