Prerequisites for National Flight Judging

Hi All
A friend has a Question He has a 1958 that was Flight Judged at a previous National 8 years or so ago.
Is there any reason he can not bring the car to this years national for Flight Judging? Is there any Prerequisites we are missing ?

The car needs to have had a third flight or better within the last three years to qualify for Nationals judging. Otherwise it can be entered with a contingency that requirement is fulfilled before the National.

Oops, forgot to add that I think that contingency puts it at the back of the line for priority on the list until removed as well.

It shows in the Judges Reference that when going for a Mark of Excellence you must have a regional Flight with in three years but Not for
a National Top Flight

It also needs to be under his ownership...and I think if you read further, you will find that it needs to have at least a Third Flight under his ownership to be considered/entered for judging at a National Convention.
