    65 headlight buckets

Were the exterior of the buckets zinc chromate and the interior black primer?

Are the sides of the bucket suppose to be straight? Mine appeal bent. I also have a crack.

I have rough cut holes in the side of my headlight buckets. Is that factory and bubba?

    Thanks

Yes the exterior was zink chromate. There was no preparation of the inside. The extra holes were Bubba. Sides are straight with no cracks.

Attached are a few pics of the extra set I have. I purchased them across the parts counter of my local Chevy dealer in 1977 & never used them. It will give you a good idea on how their suppose to look. There is a part number on them & are marked LH & RH. I gotta believe they'll fit 64-7.
