Re: Ncrs bylaws
The NCRS Bylaws are not a secret and should be available to any member thru the Cincinnati office! You might be asked to pay a small fee for copying but that should be all.
If anyone on this board knows anything different, please speak up.
Thanks,

Re: Ncrs bylaws
And I would also point out that many non profit organizations post their by-laws and IRS financial reports on their website. This saves everyone a lot of trouble requesting copies, making copies, mailing copies, etc. Sounds like a good idea to me. I am going to suggest this to my regional rep.- Top

Re: Ncrs bylaws
I would prefer that all decisions as to the flight judging be a vote by the membership rather than a decree by one. There has been a lot of changes over the last fifteen years or so that I'm sure a lot of members disagree with. Given the chance for a membership vote would be totally different rules.- Top

Re: Ncrs bylaws
Dick------
That seems very strange to me. I belong to several other organizations (not automotive-related) and by-law revisions have to be voted on by the membership. This includes even little "pickyunish" kinds of things that you'd think wouldn't need to be brought to the membership. In Appreciation of John Hinckley- Top
