Craig, There were two flashers used for 63 ,Tung Sol #AP373V or signal Stat 143, both of these are used without the back light option. with back ups its AP322V Tung Sol, or 142 Signal Stat.

The ZN332 flasher was also sold over the counter as GM # 3758682 but I'm not sure if was issued on the 1963 assembly line.
