Re: Test Photo II
Charlie, John wrote good "how to" info on photo posting in the FAQ's.
When you try to attach a photo with "Manage Attachments" and the size is to big it will display an error message stating to large, etc. Gary....https://www.forums.ncrs.org/faq.php?...nly=0&uid=8485
here's 2 photo resizers; 1 for XP and 1 for Vista
XP users ¾ Microsoft "Power Toys" picture resizer, page down until you see it http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/D...powertoys.mspx
Vista users ¾ “VSO Resizer” integrates with Vista

Re: Test Photo II
Gary, thanks for the information but being an old fart, it is beyond me. I will have to a local 12 year old to help me out. I did not get a error message. the first time I tried it on the test photo it worked, After that it did not. I went to the manage attachments area and found the photo on my computer and then uploaded it. It showed that it was uploaded. It shows on attach files that I have the file as an attachment, such as in this message. On this message if I click on the attachment icon, it shows the image of the battery insulator. After that I am lost.
I am not saying my photos are too large but I am reluctant to add software that I not use to.
Thanks for the help.Last edited by Pat F.; October 5, 2009, 11:09 AM.PAT, Central New Jersey and Florida Chapters- Top

Re: Test Photo II
Charlie, take written notes on what you did this last time and follow those steps the next time. Also, you can't post the same photo more than once. If you try to post the same photo more than once you will be told in the "Manage Attachments" that it's been posted and you can copy the link and then paste the link in using the little yellow rectangular button. That's also in the FAQ's that John wrote. Gary....Shopping online for all your Home/Work/Auto needs?
