No Daily Update email.

For some reason I am all of a sudden not receiving the daily update of new postings. Is everyone experiencing the same?

I do not think I did anything to drop out of the new posting mailing.

It seems like several members have complained about that issue. We made a change when we setup the new server to run the forum in it's own sub domain forums.ncrs.org so we could run it on an older version of PHP without affecting the entire server.

I suggest that you add admin@forums.ncrs.org to your contacts list to keep the emails from being rejected by your email program.

Looks like you need to go into your profile and change every one of your subscriptions to daily using email instead of instantly.

I logged in as you. I unsubscribed to the TDB Forum. I then went back and subscribed again setting Daily email notification. Lets see if that fixed the issue.

I have my fingers and toes crossed, but I think I did that a day or so ago.

About what time is the updated posts done and sent each evening? I will let you know.

John, it is 11:30PM in Arizona. I have not received the daily posting of new and updated posts to the TDB.

I really wish we could get this problem resolved. Is there someone else that should also be involved and finding a solution to this problem.

Have you checked your web mail to see if they're in the SPAM folder?

Expect your ISP is putting them in the SPAM folder since the domain changed to forums.ncrs.org

You'll need to move them from the SPAM folder to the Inbox and that should solve your problem.

If your webmail does white list or authorizes senders, you'll to add admin@forums.ncrs.org

I know of many members, including myself that are receiving subscribed post notification emails ok.

The daily log of "Daily Digest" shows that it is running a couple minutes after midnight Eastern Standard Time. I just ran the script manually at 10:02 am EST.

The mail server logs show that you received that email. Did you get it?

A couple of days ago I added admin@forums.ncrs.org to my safe senders' list. Also, this address is not in my junk/spam file.

Last night I did not receive a TDB update of new posts.

Strange. attached is a partial copy of my safe sender list

I am at a loss. Any ideas or thoughts.
