I am using Outlook as my email provider and I have admin@forums.ncrs.org in the safe sender and domains file.

Isn't MSN and Outlook one and the same?

I looked up four other members who are subscribed to Daily Updates just like you are. I sent them the following email to find out if this is an isolated problem or affects more than just you.

NCRS Tech Board Users,

One of our members is not getting the Daily Update email from the Technical Discussion Board. This email goes out the members who have subscribed to received this email once per day updating them on all of the new threads and posts from the Tech Board.

I looked up several members who are subscribed as you are and I need to know if you are receiving these daily updates or not. Should come into your mailbox around 12:0? AM every day.

Would you kindly let me know if you are or are not getting these emails so we can continue to try to solve the problem at least one member is having.

I got confirmation from two members that they are getting the Daily Update emails. It looks like the problem is on your end.

If you would like I can setup a remote access to your computer and see if I can figure out why you are not getting the emails.

No. Still not receiving the daily TDB updates. Two completely different email systems, Yahoo vs MSN, and no daily updates received. My next step, for tonight, is to use another unrelated email address completely separate from my addresses and in fact only

Did you login to yahoo webmail to see if the Discussion Board emails were in the SPAM folder?

Are you subscribed to the Technical Forum and see a black dash like the screenshot below? Or do you have a Green check mark?

If you have the Green Check mark you are not subscribed for daily new post emails

Is your notification set to Instant or ? Set it Instant if it isn't to see if that works. Your Profile / General Settings

Not in Yahoo spam file. The check box is not green. In theory, if the box is checked with green I should not receive the updates, correct?

i am scheduled to receive updates daily.

Change the setting to Instant and see if that makes a difference.

FWIW, my daily updates are in my InBox every morning.

I will change it to instant and let you guys know tomorrow.

FWIW, I use to get up dates from the TDB daily. Hopefully we can get this figured out.

Status report:

1) I have tried 3 different email addresses - 2 MSN accounts and 1 Yahoo account
2) The TBD forum has a dash and not a green check
3) I am currently subscribed to receive TDB's updates immediately by email. Previously I was subribed to receive TDB's updates daily by email
4) I have used 3 different computers
5) the Email admin@forums.ncrs.org is identified in the "safe sender and domain" file.

As I mentioned before, I do not think it is a problem on my end, but who knows.

John and Gary any more suggestions to help resolve this dilemma?
