    Mike,

Check your "Settings". Click on Settings in the upper right hand corner.

Make sure it's set to WYSIWYG
    TDB - Editor WYSIWYG option_102912.jpg

If set for WYSIWYG then try clicking on the A/A button when you're making a post.

That's all the options that control formatting.

Don't know about the add-on plug in that didn't load. What is the name of the add-on plug in?

The add on was Java and I reloaded it with a later version and it all reads ok now. At least as far as firefox is concerned. See how this posts.

Still no change. What screen is the WYSIWYG setting on? Is it the settings on the forum screen or some other screen.

That toolbar with A/a doesn't show up when I post. Maybe it's disabled? How can i enable it again. I do remember it in the past.

              Mike,

Tool bar shows up with Quick Reply and Go Advanced.

Gotta have Java installed in a browser to run most websites including the TDB.

Did you check the switch for Editor in your Settings in my Last Post?

Default is On, unless for some reason it's Off in your Settings.

                Re: Paragraphs?

Hi Gary, I'm in quick reply now. When I click go advanced, no toolbar shows up or can be found. WYSIWYG is checked and there always was a Java installed and enabled. I don't get it. Took me a while to get back online. The island is a disaster, but we're ok. I logged from Firefox again. Mike

                  Mike,

                  First, we're glad you're OK!

Have logged in as a regular TDB member - not an Admin. Get the editor in Quick Reply and Go Advanced.

Please post a screenshot of your Settings / General Settings page.

                    Hi Gary,

Thanks for all your help. I'm pretty sure the problem is with Firefox, it's acting funny in general. I think I'll just use Chrome for now, it works perfectly, when I want to use the TDB. I may get back to you when I reload Firefox again, there's definitely an issue with the latest version and my computer.

Thanks for all your help, John as well, you guys are the best!

                    Mike

PS- Appreciate your thoughts regarding the storm. We have no power and a bunch of trees down, but we're lucky compared to a lot of others.

                      Mike,

Best thing is that y'al are OK.

John Waggoner keeps trying to drum into me two things that I can't seem to remember:
                      1) try another browser
                      2) try another PC

                      Best to y'al
