    1966 Odometer Reset Button Location

I have a 1966 Corvette Coupe with air conditioning. The odometer reset button is on the emergency brake bracket. When I removed the e-brake bracket for repainting, the hole where the odometer reset button is located looks relatively crude. Is this the correct location for the odometer reset button?

My 66 air car has a bracket between the headlight switcha and left air vent that my odometer cable fits through. I have hazard warning (V74) that is installed on the braking brake lever support. I believe it may be the right hand vent bracket since the right hand vent is controlled from the center section on air cars.

        Ronnie,
According to owners manual pg 13 the rest button is either under the telescoping steering column or just to the right of it for standard columns.
