Right on - Yenko bought the manufacturing rights from GM (tooling at Winters Foundry), had his logo added to the front face of the block, and peddled them as aftermarket over-the-counter/conversion pieces, well after the '69 Camaro production run was over. The COPO 9561 cars all left Norwood with GM all-iron L-72's, and the ZL-1's left there in February and March with GM/Winters aluminum blocks. The "Yenko" aluminum block came much later.
