Avoid the third arm that pivots from the lower center of the front crossmember. they fracture easily if the c-1 is jacked off that point. get under the frame or the lower a-arms. mike
I made up a simple "saddle" from a 6" length of 2x4 with two 2-1/2"-long pieces of 2x4 nailed to the top (1" gap in the center between the two short pieces) to jack the front of my '57; the third arm piece fit in the gap, and the outer pieces lifted on the frame crossmember.
