C3 brake caliper paint

I replaced my brake calipers and I would like to paint the new ones as close as possible to the original color. The car is a 1980. What paint should I use? Manufacture and color would be helpful.

you might check with the Eastwood CO. when I did mine if I remember I used a high heat black paint from a spray can. it has heald up well. I do not know what color a 1980 would use I would think they would be black also?

VHT makes a brake caliper black that is the correct color and durability for the calipers.....Craig

I would like to paint the ones on my 69. What color should they be? Or are they a natural cast color?Thanks in advance.

They were painted black, prior to machining.
