    Robert,
I'll second that. I got through the border easily both ways. Great job by all. Thanks

      Re: Great Convention

      Robert,
A great convention it was! Scott and John's tireless work was evident. Fun time/fun road tour!

Border at Louiston (Niagara on the Lake) was a nightmare, approx one hour in long lines on the Canadian side, and then do it all over again in long lines on the American side (took OVER hour here!) I was traveling with two big block guys. All three of us had heaters on full. Wasn't enough to help the big blocks! Regards,

Many thanks go to John and Scott. I know how hard it is to pull one of these off. The exercise walking to the field every day was good for me. In all the years I have attended NCRS awards banquets, the meal on Thursday was truly worth the price--outstanding.

              Hey Reba

You are the only person from NC who talks faster than I can write. What, you in a hurry? Chucky pushing you to get finished?

                  If Seen.........

Do not approach. These two are considered unstable. Contact your local law enforcement officials.

The glare off the head of the old man on the right side makes it hard to see anything. Somewhere did I hear the statement "the graying of the NCRS". I believe it shoud be the "balding of the NCRS"

                      Re: Great Convention

It was indeed a great convention. The organizational skills of Scott and John were evident by the large number of volunteers who helped. Now, about that rain....
I had absolutely no problems with the border crossing. On the way in the custom's agent wanted to see my birth certificate....then asked my citizenship. The only questions about the car were...did I own it, and was I going to sell it - just as Scott had said.
On the way out (on the bridge, about 11:30 AM) I had my license and birth certificate in hand, but the agent only wanted to talk about the car. He only asked the purpose of my visit, and then talked some more about the car. It took me less time to clear the border going home than entering Canada.
Thanks to the Michigan and Ontario Chapter members, and all the others who volunteered, for all your hard work. John’s pictures show what a beautiful site it was.
                      Terry

Yep, gotta agree with that #14 character again

The fella on the right is a dead ringer for Papa Smurf.. My guess is that after an extended period standing in that postion, he even gets the blue completion.

Easy with the comments. Libel and defamation of character are two words that come to mind

                              Papa Smurf,

You gotta have character or be a character before you can be defamed.
