J.R. Please refer to prior post. Libel, defamation of character, slander, etc. Maybe Loren would take it on Or Chris Bondy North of the border. Character assination I am used to. That way they are leaving you alone at the time Us short, fat, balding, etc old men have to stick together
A program run by Howard Loomis is deserving of SERIOUS RECOGNITION and expansion.
A few weeks ago Howard called, asking me to participate in NCRS youth judging education at the Windsor Natoinal. I was somewhat apprenhensive at first, but accepted the invitation.
Don't fret about us old guys. The so called kids I dealt with were smart and interested. They shared their parents' commitment and enthusiasm for the Corvette hobby. His program was over subscribed. I hope to continue assisting Howard, encouraging members to involve their younger family members at our meets. It was a rewarding expierience to see such focused interest among our successors.
My hope is that the NCRS continues and expands this program. A bright future is expressed by their enthusiasum.
I am thankful for Howard's efforts toward passing the torch to the new generations.
All jokes aside, we are creating great memories of wonderful locations, nice cars, and best of all GOOD FRIENDS! Cherish the friends as many that we have made over the years are no longer with us.

Took my almost 18 year old nephew out for a ride in the 66 this weekend and let him drive it around N. California for a tankful of gas (seems like about 50 miles), He was enthralled, and wants to go sell his 4x4 and get a shark. I had as much fun as he did.
