    67 Corvette washer nozzles

Ordered a new set of windshield washer nozzles for my 67. I noticed that the old ones have a (brass?) squirter "ball" that can be rotated by sticking a pin in it to adjust where they spray. The new ones I got from LI Corvette have a round brass squirter "face". It doesn't look like it can be adjusted or if so not adjusted easily.

What is the correct configuration for the windshield washer nozzles for a 67? Thanks!

if you are going to PV the vette, you'll have to use the originals as the repo's are near impossible to adjust and the judges will deduct on originality during flight judging as well.mike

Brian Tilles (Corvette Specialties of Maryland) had the first couple of sets of prototype reproduction midyear nozzles on display at Windsor and at Carlisle - they're spot-on; he can probably tell you when he'll have them available in volume.

        John,

Thanks for the heads up. Called but Brian is not back yet from Carlisle.

I didn't know that CS was re-poping these, and didn't have the pleasure to meet Brian at Windsor. And I spent an hour cleaning my balls.

I saw Brian's prototypes in Windsor too. DEAD on the money. I don't know when they'll be "mass produced" either. Give Brian a call. Chuck
